her career has evolved from operational business analyst and process optimisation focused roles, IT project management (including project portfolio experience) and change management, to strategic program management. With many years of expertise in small- and large-scale ERP system implementations, especially SAP. Dynamic, achievement oriented and a resilient leader, adept at navigating ambiguity and complex problem solving. Holds a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in Commerce), and is a member of the AICD.
